This setting allows you to control the size of the margins surrounding toolbars. This value is in pixels and will be applied to the top, bottom, left, and right margins of each of the toolbars (main, local, and navigation) on the OneTouch® Application Desktop.

To access these settings, select Options | Preferences | Preferences | Toolbars from the main menu in OneTouch®.

These settings control the position of the various Toolbars in OneTouch®. By default, the Main and Navigation toolbars appear at the top of the OneTouch® Application Desktop, while the lower toolbar appears at the bottom, and all of them are enabled. (Note: The XRef toolbar referenced in this dialog box is no longer used in version 4, having been replaced by the SMARTLinks™ portion of the NavPanel.)

Top - This setting will cause the selected toolbar to appear at the top of the OneTouch® Application Desktop.

Bottom - This setting will cause the selected toolbar to appear at the bottom of the OneTouch® Application Desktop.

Left - This setting will cause the selected toolbar to appear along the left side of the OneTouch® Application Desktop.

Right - This setting will cause the selected toolbar to appear along the right side of the OneTouch® Application Desktop.

Enabled - When this setting is enabled bm0, the selected toolbar will be displayed. When this setting is disabled bm1, the selected toolbar will not be displayed.

Display on highlight - When this setting is enabled bm0, a next or previous reference action will select and automatically display the reference, just as if you had double-clicked on it. When this setting is disabled bm1, a next or previous reference action will select the reference, but will not automatically display it.

3D Appearance - When this setting is enabled bm0, toolbars will be displayed with a 3D appearance. The 3D appearance means that one pixel of each margin (top, bottom, left, and right) is used to create the 3D effect. When this setting is disabled bm1, the 3D border is replaced with the toolbar margin color.
