Hover Options Dialog

This dialog box lets you specify how you want the Hover capability to behave. There are 3 options. First, you can require that the Ctrl key be clicked to activate each Hover—that way you have more control over when the Hover pops up. Second, you can "hide" the descriptive text that appears at the bottom of the Hover pop-up. And third, you can set the delay (in seconds, including decimals) for how long the mouse cursor must rest over a reference list item before the Hover pop up appears.
