Most customers who have the Greek/Hebrew text fonts installed will experience this problem. The fix is simple:
- Click on Options | Preferences | Interlinear. This will display the dialog box for changing the Interlinear setup.
- In the right pane, click on the item "Original Greek/Hebrew," and then click on the center button that moves this item from "Selected" status to "Available" status in the left pane.
- Now, simply reverse the process. Click on the item "Original Greek/Hebrew" in the left pane and move it to the right pane by clicking on the center button which changes the item from "Available" to "Selected."
- Click on the OK button to save these preference changes.
