User Testimonials

"Just a word to praise your efforts on the new version 5.

It is a tremendous improvement over previous versions, especially in regard to language use.

I have three other bible software programs which I use, yours is head and shoulders above the others.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!"

Is there an updated Copy Macro file for 32 or 64 bit systems?

Over the past years, 64 bit systems have become more and more common. Unfortunately, we have found that the original Copy Macro file was not compatible with these kind of systems. We have also noticed that with the changes to Word 2007, 2010 and 2013, come a long process of having to turn off Security Settings in Word as well as the User Account Controls in Vista, Windows 7 and Windows 8 in order to get the original Macro files to work properly.

Recently, we have been able to update this Copy Macro file so Customers can use the beloved feature on 64 bit editions along with all users not required to turn off Macro Security in Word or the User Account Controls.

You should be aware that in order to make this file, we did need to break it into one for 32 bit edition and one for 64 bit edition of Word.

Note - Please be aware, that even if you use a 64 bit system, the installation of Word is automatically defaulted to a 32 bit and not a 64 bit.

You will find the revised files attached at the bottom of this article. Depending on what you are running, click on the file called GetRef32.dot for 32 bit systems or GetRef64.dot for 64 bit systems to download the file.

Known Issues

If you get an error message that says Run Time Error 429 or Debug, then you can fix it if you are using Windows XP, Vista or 7. Click Here to clear up this message.

If you are using Windows 8, then know we haven't found a quick solution to clearing up this message. We have had instances where turning off the UAC in Windows 8 works or you can try uninstalling and reinstalling your program, but neither of these are consistent fixes for all types of systems. We are working on finding a better fix for this problem, but don't have a time frame on when it will be ready. When we do have one ready, we will make sure there is an announcement in this article.
