My CD says Reference Library Plus Version 5. It is supposed to contain, among other translations, the New American Standard (NAS), New American Standard Updated (NASU), and New Century Version (NCV). I don't find them in my program. Where are they?
Situation 1. Like many software companies, Biblesoft uses an outside company to manufacture CDs. This outside company made a mistake: the front of the CD says Reference Library Plus, but the back of the CD (the shiny side) is for the New Reference Library and the silver ring around the hole says "www.logicgen.com CD#2153-16234". When you install this mis-labeled CD, you'll notice that it says New Reference Library in the top left of the first install screen.
We apologize for this inconvenience. Please contact Customer Service for a free replacement CD. The toll-free number is 866-722-4253.
Situation 2. The front of your CD says Reference Library Plus. The back of the CD says "www.logicgen.com CD#2153-16233". This CD is not mis-labeled so there must be a different reason you don't see certain translations. Please contact Technical Support.
