I cannot make changes in Desktop Options (KB942)

On Windows Vista, you may be able to make changes in the Desktop Options section of PC Study Bible, but the changes are not retained or reflected in the program. For example, you use Desktop Options to change your default devotional to Our Daily Bread but when you return to the main screen, it still shows Spurgeon's Morning and Evening.

The solution is to turn off User Account Control in Vista. See KB957.

Start PC Study Bible. You will now be able to make (and retain) changes under Desktop Options.
