Release Notes for the Biblical Counseling Library Download
This download only works if you have the Biblical Counseling Library installed. It will not work over any other Biblesoft product.
This download will upgrade your Biblical Counseling Library to version 5.0E. See KB889 for the Release Notes for Version 5.0E.
The earlier release of the Biblical Counseling Library on CD had some small incompatibilities with Windows Vista. This download addresses those incompatibilities. Known Issues
Problem: In the CD version of the Biblical Counseling Library, after you open PC Study Bible the first time, you see a "Dear Friend" letter. When you open the program any time after that, the opening PC Study Bible screen shows Spurgeon's Daily Devotional. By contrast, after the download, you see the "Dear Friend" letter every time.
Solution: Any time you see the "Dear Friend" letter, you can click on Desktop Options (on some screens it might show only "Desktop"), then change the Desktop to Morning and Evening (Spurgeon).
Getting Started - The CD installs a tutorial called Getting Started and the "Getting Started" shortcut is visible whenever you open PC Study Bible. The download removes this shortcut, but you can still reach the Getting Started tutorial by clicking Help > Tutorial.
