Known Issues

When installed over a version 5 PC Study Bible, the commentary opens very slowly and opens only to Genesis 1:1. To obtain the fix, email Customer Service or telephone 866-722-4253. Customer Service will send you a download link to a revised Coffman and will also send you a 5.0E (or later) Update CD/DVD. Both the download and the Update CD/DVD will fix this problem. This problem is also fixed by the newer Coffman release (SBB00215COFFMANC0907).
