This error message may appear during the installation of a PC Study Bible add-on.

Usually, this error message does not indicate a real problem. If you can still run PC Study Bible, and you can find your add-on(s) in PC Study Bible, then you can ignore this message. Otherwise, keep reading....

Rarely, this message indicates a real problem and it will be obvious - PC Study Bible may not open, the add-on install may fail and/or you will not find the add-on's material inside your PC Study Bible library.

Run Start > Programs > PC Study Bible 4 > Reset to Factory Defaults (if you have this option)
Install your add-on again.
If you still receive this Installer.exe error message, contact Biblesoft Technical Support.
