These Release Notes refer to the CD Complete Reference Library, marked LP4.2B:

This CD delivers the 6/15/04 Strong’s definitions (strongs.*) file. It does *not* contain the Greek form (i.e. spelling in Greek characters) of each word but it *does* have a transliteration (spelling in English characters). To add the Greek form, you need to install the 4.2G Update CD or almost any other CD which contains version 4.2G or later.
