To fix this problem, do the steps below.
- Start PC Study Bible if it is not open already.
- Click on Options > Reorganize existing material ...
- The Organize Reference Works dialog appears.
- Click on the Restore All button.
- You won't see anything happen except maybe a screen flicker or flash.
- Click the button labeled Close. (Do not use the X button to close.)
- Click on Options > Preferences
- The Preferences dialog appears.
- Scroll the left panel all the way to the bottom.
- Click on Reference Works
- A list of reference works appears to the right with checkboxes and buttons beneath it.
- Click on Interlinear Bible - New Testament in the list.
- If necessary, make the dialog wider until you can see, to the right, just below the list, the Hidden checkbox.
- There is a checkmark in front of Hidden.
- Click on the word Hidden to uncheck the checkbox.
- Click on the Save button.
- The Saving Your Preferences dialog appears.
- Wait for your preferences to save.
- Open a Bible to John 1:1 (or any New Testament verse), if you don't have one open already.
- Click on the Quick cross-references button .
- You should see Interlinear Bible - New Testament pop up.
- Problem solved.
- There is one harmless side-effect of this fix. Starting with the next time that you open PC Study Bible, your Greek/Hebrew > By Verse menu will include both of the following lines:
Interlinear Bible
Interlinear Bible - New Testament
Either line can open your Interlinear Bible to any verse in the Old or New Testament. As you install newer versions of PC Study Bible in the future, this side-effect will go away. - You should see Interlinear Bible - New Testament pop up.
