User Testimonials

"Just a word to praise your efforts on the new version 5.

It is a tremendous improvement over previous versions, especially in regard to language use.

I have three other bible software programs which I use, yours is head and shoulders above the others.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!"

  • The following Release Notes apply to the add-on CD The Pentecostal Library, compiled by Dr. Stanley Horton marked PLSH 4.2G, SBB00359PENTECOS0106:

  • Where do I find the commentaries on Acts and 1 & 2 Corinthians?
These commentaries are like books, in the sense that they contain study questions, so you find them in Commentary > General Books > Works of Stanley Horton.  After you choose one of these, you see a prompt for the chapter and verse.  It is normal if the prompt defaults to a book other than Acts or 1 & 2 Corinthians.  For example, even though the prompt says Gen 1:1 after you click on the Acts commentary, it will open to Acts 1:1.

  • Where do I find the different features of The Pentecostal Library collection as described in the promotional email?

  • Acts or 1 & 2 Corinthians commentaries - The translation information is woven throughout the text.  The outline, authorship, and bibliography information is on the “Book Intro” tab after you open the commentary.

  • Bible Doctrines: A Pentecostal Perspective - The study questions fall at the end of each chapter, the glossary is under Topics > Glossaries, and the bibliography information is in the footnotes (double-click on a footnote number to open these) for each chapter.

  • Systematic Theology, Revised Edition - The glossary is under Topics > Glossaries, and the bibliography information is in the footnotes (double-click on a footnote number to open these) for each chapter.

  • When you install this CD over the PC Study Bible Basic Edition 4.2B, you gain the following features.  By itself, the Basic Edition does not contain these features.
  • My Personal Notes appears under Commentary.

  • Englishman's Concordance appears under Greek/Hebrew > By Strong's Number.

  • Strong's Greek/Hebrew Dictionary (by verse) appears under Greek/Hebrew > By Verse.  However, when you double-click on any Strong's number in Strong's Greek/Hebrew Dictionary (by verse), you'll see a message that there is no definition.

  • Morning and Evening appears under Books > General Books > Works of Charles Spurgeon.

  • Biblesoft Hymnal appears under Media > Music.
  • There was an earlier release of this add-on CD, marked PLSH 4.2F,  SBB00359PENTECOS0705.

  • The content is the same but the program update is version 4.2F.

  • The id number of this entry is 275.
