These Release Notes refer to the CD The Treasury of David (SPUTR 4.2G) (SBB00396TREASURE1005) -
Where do I find the Bibliographies? - Spurgeon used the phrase "Works Upon" rather than "Bibliography", so search your Treasury of David for "Works Upon" and you will find 24 bibliographic sections, e.g. "WORKS UPON THE SIXTY-SECOND PSALM". Although Spurgeon did not write separate bibliographies for most psalms, he often mentions the books he is quoting. For example, Psalm 5 does not have a "Works Upon" section but in the Explanatory Notes and Quaint Sayings for Psalm 5:9, Spurgeon does mention Robert Haldane's "Expositions of the Epistle to the Romans", 1835.
Where is the Index of Authors? - Although the printed version of The Treasury of David does contain a separate Index of Authors, the PC Study Bible version does not. Instead, you may use the powerful Global Search function in PC Study Bible to search The Treasury of David, along with all the other resources in your PCSB library, for all occurrences of the authors (or words or phrases) you want to find. It is quite common when a book moves from printed form to electronic form for a search function to replace an index.
When you install this CD over the PC Study Bible Basic Edition 4.2B, you gain the following features. By itself, the Basic Edition does not contain these features.
Englishman's Concordance appears under Greek/Hebrew > By Strong's Number.
Strong's Greek/Hebrew Dictionary (by verse) appears under Greek/Hebrew > By Verse. However, when you double-click on any Strong's number in Strong's Greek/Hebrew Dictionary (by verse), you'll see a message that there is no definition.
Morning and Evening appears under Books > General Books > Works of Charles Spurgeon.
Biblesoft Hymnal appears under Media > Music.
