I tried to run a Tutorial and got a dialog titled “Director Player Error” with text: Script Error. Continue?

Scenario 1 for how this message might appear

  1. Run the version 4.2 Tutorials from the CD,  or start PC Study Bible then click on Help > Tutorials
     
  2. Click on “How to Study a Bible Passage”
     
  3. You see the list of tutorials for "How to Study a Bible Passage".
     
  4. Click on “Open Bibles”
      
  5. A dialog appears titled “Director Player Error” with text “Script Error.  Continue?  <Yes> <No>”

Scenario 2 for how this message might appear

  1. Start PC Study Bible.
     
  2. Click on Help > Tutorials
     
  3. A dialog appears titled “Director Player Error” with text “Script Error.  Continue?  <Yes> <No>”

How do I work around this problem until I download the solution?  (Read further for the solution.)

  1. Accept our apology for this inconvenience.
     
  2. Click on Yes.
     
  3. Click on the line below "Open Bibles", which says Treasury of Scripture Knowledge
     
  4. While the Treasury of Scripture Knowledge tutorial is playing, click the X in the top right-hand corner to close that tutorial.
     
  5. You return to the list of tutorials for "How to Study a Bible Passage".
     
  6. Now you can click on Open Bibles and it will work.

How do I solve this problem?
