- A description of the problem you are trying to solve.
- Your name and mailing address as it should appear on a shipping label
- Your daytime phone number
- Your email address
- A list of **all** your version 3 and 4 Biblesoft CDs. For **each** CD, please list the CD name, the version, and the part number (SS....). The part number is printed, on the CD, next to "Made in USA." Please list each CD on a separate line. For example:
- Reference Library v3.1b, SSLR32231P
- We're asking for a list of all your CDs so that we can identify and send other CDs that might have been revised/corrected since your initial purchase.
- We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days. Biblesoft will provide one or more of the following solutions:
-- A more suitable solution than a replacement CD.
-- Replacement CD(s) at no charge
-- Replacement CD(s) for a fee: $5.00 for each CD, plus a Shipping and Handling charge of about $6.50, depending on the number of CDs.
