What if I still have the problem?

In one rare case, observed in version 4.2F, we have seen a large (nine megabytes) Personal Study Notes file (DEFAULT.J4L) cause this problem. When you temporarily move the DEFAULT.J4L file out of the RefWorks folder, the problem stops. Contact Biblesoft Technical Support and mention KB682.
