Try installing the CD using another drive, or make a copy of the CD and use that to install. If this does not work, please contact Technical Support or Customer Service and provide your full name, post address, daytime telephone number, and the name and version number of your main PC Study Bible CD. Also include the S# on the lower edge of the CD.
