Why donít I get any search results for the New International Version?

This resulted from a corrupt file. To fix this, simple delete the file NIV.jix from your computer.

Make sure PC Study Bible is not open, then choose START, and select Search or Find. Choose All Files and Folders. Search for "NIV.jix", and make sure you start from or look in My Computer.

When the file is found, right-click on it, and choose Delete. That should take care of the problem.

NOTE: Do not run the program with the "Reference Library" CD in your drive after making this change. If you do so, you may still get no search results in the NIV.
