User Testimonials

"Just a word to praise your efforts on the new version 5.

It is a tremendous improvement over previous versions, especially in regard to language use.

I have three other bible software programs which I use, yours is head and shoulders above the others.

Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!"

What do the code letters mean in the GRAMCORD parsing?

The New Testament Interlinear Bible in the Advanced Reference Library (versions 3/4/5, and the Professional Reference Library - version 5) includes the GRAMCORD parsing.  This table explains each code used in the parsing.

Notes on Participles

Following the code for Mood (which will be ‘P’ for participle), add gender, number and case. Also, the verbal code for participles does not include person and number (the underscore character occupies the positions of the person and number). An example of a participle code is ‘V__PPPMSN,’ which stands for verb, (no person), (no number), present, passive, participle, masculine, singular, nominative

Notes on Infinitives

The code for the infinitive only includes tense, voice, and mood. The code does not include person, and number (the underscore character occupies the positions of the person and number). An example of a participle code is ‘V__AAN,’ which stands for verb, (no person), (no number), aorist, active, infinitive.
