It sounds like there may be a corrupt file or setting that is causing these problems. The quickest and easiest way to get around that will be to remove and reinstall the software. Please follow the instructions below to the best of your ability.
First, remove PC Study Bible from your system. Choose START, move up to PROGRAMS, select PC Study Bible v4, and click on Uninstall PC Study Bible. It is important that you remove it using this method as it is the most complete available.
Then reinstall the Version 4 Reference Library per these instructions:
If you are running an anti-virus program, such as Norton, you must disable this when installing our product or any updates. This is very important.
For example:
- Open Norton Anti-Virus.
- Choose Options, and have the Auto Protect Tab selected.
- Remove the check from the Load Auto Protect at Startup box.
- Press OK.
- If asked to unload Auto Protect from memory, choose Yes.
- Reboot your system.
Place your Version 4 Reference Library CD in your drive, and install the program. Start PC Study Bible before installing any other discs, look up a verse, then shut down PC Study Bible.
Use the reinstallation order and instructions, found in KB503. Remember to enable your virus protection software, if you disabled it at the start of this process.
