Without a high-speed (faster than dial-up) internet connection with generous file size limits, the successful transfer of your file may fail. Web browser issues may also block a successful transfer.
When preparing to download an item from our store or general website, please ensure that the file size is within the capabilities of your internet connection. If you are unsure of your download capacity, check with your internet provider.
How you obtain the CD depends on whether the download relates to a purchased product, or a program update, or a technical problem:
If, upon attempting to download a product you’ve purchased, you are not successful for any reason, Biblesoft will send the product on CD.
