I am having technical problems with PC Study Bible. Do I need a replacement or update CD from Biblesoft?

If you are having technical problems with PC Study Bible and you are wondering if the solution is a replacement or update CD, click here to send an email to Biblesoft Technical Support.  Please provide the following information:

  1. A description of the problem you are trying to solve.
     
  2. Your name and mailing address as it should appear on a shipping label
     
  3. Your daytime phone number
     
  4. Your email address
       
  5. A list of **all** your version 3 and 4 Biblesoft CDs. For **each** CD, please list the CD name, the version, and the part number (SS....). The part number is printed, on the CD, next to "Made in USA." Please list each CD on a separate line. For example:
     
  6. Reference Library v3.1b, SSLR32231P
     
  7. We're asking for a list of all your CDs so that we can identify and send other CDs that might have been revised/corrected since your initial purchase.
     
  8. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.  Biblesoft will provide one or more of the following solutions:
    -- A more suitable solution than a replacement CD.
    -- Replacement CD(s) at no charge
    -- Replacement CD(s) for a fee: $5.00 for each CD, plus a Shipping and Handling charge of about $6.50, depending on the number of CDs.
